Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by PWC Services LLC ("PWC Services," "we," "us," or "our"), a sanitizing and disinfecting company serving the Charlotte metro area and the South Carolina Midlands. By scheduling or receiving services from us, or by submitting a quote request through our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
PWC Services provides one-time and recurring sanitizing and disinfecting services for commercial and residential properties, including offices, training and meeting rooms, common areas, restrooms, restaurants, daycares, outdoor furniture and seating, playground equipment, and homes. Services are performed using an EPA-registered, food-safe, no-rinse quaternary sanitizer applied as a contact sanitizer.
The specific scope, frequency, and price of services will be agreed upon before work begins, either verbally by phone or in writing. Any change to the agreed scope must be confirmed by both parties.
2. Scheduling, Access, and Site Conditions
You agree to provide reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time, including any keys, codes, or escorts required. If we cannot access the property at the scheduled time, we may treat the visit as a late cancellation (see Section 3).
You are responsible for informing us in advance of any site conditions that may affect service, including the presence of people, animals, uncovered food, or sensitive equipment in the treatment area. We may ask that treatment areas be vacated during application and for a short period afterward.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a service visit at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or visits where we are unable to access the property, may be billed at up to 50% of the scheduled visit price. Recurring plan customers may pause or cancel their plan with notice before the next scheduled visit.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other terms are agreed in writing. Recurring plans are invoiced on the schedule agreed at signup. Invoices unpaid more than 30 days after the due date may accrue a late charge as permitted by law, and we may suspend scheduled services until the account is current.
5. No Guarantee of Illness Prevention
Professional disinfection reduces the risk of illness transmission — it does not eliminate it. Surfaces can be re-contaminated at any time after treatment, and illness spreads through many routes (including person-to-person and airborne transmission) that no surface treatment can control. PWC Services makes no guarantee, express or implied, that any person will not become ill following our services.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PWC Services' total liability arising out of or related to any service is limited to the amount you paid for the service visit giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost business, or business interruption.
We exercise care in and around your property. If you believe our work caused damage to your property, notify us within 48 hours of the service visit so we can inspect and address the issue.
7. Customer Responsibilities
You represent that you have the authority to authorize treatment of the property. You agree to follow any reasonable post-treatment instructions we provide, such as allowing surfaces to remain undisturbed during the contact period.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time you schedule a service applies to that service. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought in the state courts of South Carolina.
